There’s a good ol’ conversation about the nature of freedom, especially as it is practiced in this day-and-age, happening over at our newly formed group blog, Generation Sit. Part of Mel’s first post:

In my case, I’ll attempt to do it the old-fashioned way—sitting on my mint zafu and zabuton set, while counting my breaths in front of my home-made altar I bought from Target. With some diligence and serendipity I hope that my efforts lead to the “unfolding of the various potentials of this bodymind—until this bodymind itself unfolds in Emptiness.” – [GenerationSit]
