Yep, I'm already noticing that it's easier to get up. Fortunately, I have a Zen Alarm clock, which doesn't have a snooze. It rings twice, and then I'm up!

I had a period several years ago where I was an early riser for a year or two. I think my advice would be similar to what Steve Palina offers in his post. It's definitely achievable, and well worth the initial effort, which really isn't that long. I loved being up at 5 AM ever morning, especially on the weekends, when I had long days awaiting me.

The snooze button is your enemy. Don't use it. To me, that was the biggest key. No snooze button, just get up, and don't think about it. After a week or so, it starts to become an ingrained habit that your body picks up on.
