
Project Diesel

My buddy Lion (formerly Lyon) and I started “lifting” together a few weeks ago. The first couple weeks were spent taking it fairly easy, working out the soreness, and getting used to waking up early and dragging our butts to the gym.
After that (roughly a week ago) we started an organized strength training program called Maximum Growth. It’s a five week program that consists of four workouts a week, pre and post measurements (including body fat percentage), and some proper dieting.
So, as you can see above this will be me in 5 weeks! Ha Ha Ha. No, I don’t want to get that diesel, sorry. But like C4 (formerly Coolmel) I will probably post my before and after measurements here on this blog. Let Project Diesel Begin Continue…
