Techsattva

I launched the next episode of The Techsattva, my personal netcast. Here is a little description of the 2nd episode:

In this episode I speak with two close friends, Duff McDuffee & Lion Albaugh on the difference between two approaches to subjective experience. On the one hand, State Management assumes that one can directly influence and even control one’s subjective experience, while State Awareness assumes that a passive witnessing of experience is more useful. Listen in as we explore these seemingly different perspectives on one’s interior experience.

This was a fun conversation, with two good friends on a topic we’ve spent a lot of time discussing and thinking about. It’s a bit abstract, but it does have a lot of practical value if understood correctly.
