Wearing Old Car Tires Rocks!

Personal

Simple ShoesIt’s about time (well, actually has been for some time) to get some new shoes. I looked around for a while, and finally found a brand of eco-shoes, called Simple Shoes, that I really like. I picked out a cool green pair, that is made out of recycle car tires, organic carbon, and other cool ingredients. While I didn’t expect getting “eco shoes” since there was a pair I liked, it just seemed to make sense…

And as a geeky side note: I couldn’t find my size in the store, so I took a picture of them (above) w/ the iPhone and then e-mailed it to myself so that I could find them online later (which I did). Geeky, consumer overkill or Geeky, intelligent super-meshworking global mind? I’m willing to argue it either way. ;)
