Mind Hacking is a mindset that begins with the understanding that we can reprogram our inner operating system. In other words that we can transform our human experience--from limited identities, to blocked emotions, to old storylines--using the mind itself.
Over the course of this 3-hour interactive workshop we'll explore the basics of the hacking mindset as well as discuss five meditative skill-sets for hacking the mind & heart, including:
- Concentration Meditation
- Investigation Meditation
- Heart-Based Practice
- Meditative Inquiry
- Formless Awareness
During our time together we'll do both silent meditation as well as a social form of mindfulness called social noting. There will be plenty of time for fine-tuning and questions as we journey into a process of hacking the mind, awakening the heart, and rebooting the world.
