On the contemplative path we learn various skills aimed at deepening our experience of a loving awareness. In this two hour workshop we’ll focus on four skill sets traditionally referred to as the four immeasurables that are aimed at opening the heart. They include:
1. Loving-Kindness Meditation
2. Compassion Meditation
3. Joyful Meditation
4. Equanimity Meditation
During our time together we'll do both silent meditation as well as a social form of inquiry. We’ll explore these formal heart practices or hacks while also looking at how to bring that open heart into other areas of life.
There will be plenty of time for fine tuning and questions as we journey into a process of hacking the mind, awakening the heart, and rebooting the world.
