In this workshop we’ll explore both the practice of mindfulness meditation (“noticing what you’re sensing in real-time”) and awareness meditation (“discovering the simple feeling of being”).
Mindful Awareness is the coming together of active investigation and effortless being. It enables the ability to differentiate what’s arising in your experiential field while also resting in complete awareness of it all. When one can move between mindfulness and awareness, fluidly blending the two modes together, it’s possible to become more free and resilient in response to life.
During this 3-hour workshop, lead by Vincent Horn, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in guided & social meditation practices, while exploring these two approaches to meditation and how they can be integrated.
